Bench Press, Sets: 10,11,10 @ 75lbs
Chin-Up, Sets: 3x1
Combo Raise, Sets: 10,11,10 @ (2x12lbs)
Horizontal Lateral Raise, Sets: 10,11,10 @ (2x12lbs)

35 minutes, 225 calories burned

Afterwards I ran 2.85 miles in 30 minutes and burned another 305 calories for a total of 525 for the day.
