• 14:59:39: This came up because she wanted to reply to one person but not everyone else, but didn't want to send sensitive info to everyone.
  
• 15:00:10: So her new procedure is to click "reply to all", then manually delete all other recipients. *snicker*
  
• 15:01:29: I also guarantee, this woman makes more money than me.
