Well, today I felt my workout was extremely productive. It's also the last workout of this 3-week period, on Monday the workouts change.

Warmup, 30 seconds of each in a circuit, 3 sets
* Jumping jack
* Split jack
* Prisoner squat
* Alternating lunge
* Mountain climber

Workout
* Jump squat, 5 sets of 5 reps, 70lbs
* Bulgarian split squat, 5 sets of 5, 70lbs
* Good morning, 5 sets of 5, 70lbs
* Lying DB triceps extension, 3 sets of 5, 25lb dumbbells
* Barbell rollout, 3 sets of 6
