CIM Training Week 4, Day 3: 6 miles

I'm not going to lie, today was a tough one. It was warm, and I think I was still feeling the effects of Sunday's long run. I also have a problem with not pushing myself as hard as I can go, I have a lazy streak that makes me stay slower. Today, I decided to try and overcome it. I had a little bit of problem with it during the run, in fact, I noticed the slowdown around Mile 3 and picked up the pace a bit. I walked the last .26 miles back to work.
