CIM Training Week 3

CIM Training Week 3: Day 7

With today's 15-miler, CIM Training Week 3 is complete. I slowed down a lot early on with the hopes that it'd make a difference at the end. I still felt a lot of fatigue, but I think overall it helped.

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 3 miles
Wednesday: 5 miles
Thursday: 3 miles
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 6 miles
Sunday: 15 miles
Total: 32 miles

To start, it was 47 degrees outside. My original intent was to get out the door by 4:30, but I woke up without an alarm at 3am. I foolishly thought I'd wait in bed until time to get up, and ended up falling back asleep. In the end, I left at 5am.
