I had intended to jog 5 miles today, but instead jogged 2 1/2. No biggie, they catered lunch today and not only was it healthy, but I managed to only eat one chicken breast. Yay!
In 2003 I weighed over 250 pounds. Now 60+ pounds lighter, I run, hike, backpack, and work out at the gym. Come follow my journey as I train for my fourth marathon.
