* 2A: Incline Dumbbell Fly, 30lb dumbbells, 3 sets of 6
* 2B: Incline Dumbbell Bench Press, 30lb dumbbells, 3 sets of 6
* 3A: Rear Lateral Raise, 20lb dumbbells, 3 sets of 6
* 3B: Bent-Over Row, 85lbs, 3 sets of 6
