Can't You See I'm Workin' On It?

Still sore from Monday's workout, didn't run yesterday. I can't wait for the soreness to go away, but I know given time it will. Meanwhile, can I whine? Just a little? No? Okay.

Warmup, 3 circuits, 30 seconds each exercise
Jumping Jacks
Split Jacks
Alternating Lunges
Squats

Weights
Incline Barbell Bench Press, 3x20x50lbs
One Arm Dumbbell Rows, 3x20x(2x25lbs)
Leg Press, 3x20x90lbs
Barbell Military Press, 3x20x10lbs

44 minutes, 340 calories burned

Tomorrow I can't see any reason not to run. I'm not entirely sure how far it will be, but it'll happen. :)
