I jogged 5k today, and my time was for CRAP once again. Oh well, it was a nice day. :) 29:28:14, 363 calories burned. Burned 99 calories walking back (cooldown) for 15 minutes, so 462 total for the day.
In 2003 I weighed over 250 pounds. Now 60+ pounds lighter, I run, hike, backpack, and work out at the gym. Come follow my journey as I train for my fourth marathon.
