CIM Training Week 3, Day 2: 3 miles

Today I felt like I was FLYING! Obviously I wasn't, but compared to what my pace was in the not-to-distant past, I certainly was. I ran 3 miles today, then walked the last .18 mi back to work as a cooldown.

Mile 3: 8:53

3 miles, 8:47/mi average pace, 26:21 total. 408 calories burned.
