Today I needed to do intervals, but when lunch rolled around, the boss was pushing me to keep going. By the time I could run, it was 2:30pm, and I get off at 4:30. I quickly changed into my running clothes and was about to get out the door when the phone rang...
When I finally got out the door at 3:30, I was PISSED, but channeled the energy into the run. Now I feel much better. :-D
