Here we are, the day after the 3-day holiday/vacation, first workout back. After expecting to do a 16 to 17 mile hike on Sunday, the trail was closed and I ended up not exercising at all. I expected to gain weight, but didn't, and now it's back to not only the weight loss meal plans, but a new workout schedule as well.

* Bench press, 95lb, 3 sets of 7, 1 set of 6
* Single-arm dumbbell row, 45lb dumbbell, 4 sets of 7
* External rotation, 10lb dumbbell, 3 sets of 7
* Swiss ball crunch, 2 sets of 7, 6 sets of 8
