I just finished today's workout.
Warmup: all exercises are 3 sets of 30 reps, done in circuit fashion (90 total).
* Jumping Jacks
* Split Jacks
* Prisoner Squats
* Alternating Lunges
* Mountain Climber
Workout
* High Step-Up: 2x 20lb dumbells, 3 sets of 11 reps
* Romanian Deadlift: 90lbs, 3 sets of 11 reps
* Offset Incline Dumbell Curl: 2x 10lb dumbells, 5 sets of 11 reps
* Incline Lower Trap Raise: 2x 10lb dumbells, 5 sets of 11 reps
