These new workouts are taxing me much more than the others. Please tell me that means they're working!

Warmup, 3 sets of 5 w/45lb bar
* Overhead squat
* Squat
* Good morning
* Lunge
* Romanian deadlift
* Bent-over row

Workout, supersets
* Wide-stance Squat, 135lbs, 4 sets of 12
* Dumbbell Bench Press, 25lb dumbbells, 4 sets of 12
* Wide-grip Chin-up, 2 sets of 2, 2 sets of 1
* Push Press, 65lbs, 2 sets of 12, 1 set of 9, 1 set of 12
