CIM Training Week 4, Day 2: 3 miles

Back at it today, I really needed the run. This morning was a bear at work and I was just depressed for most of it, but once I got outside into the fresh air, the problems sort of went away.

I'm not usually the person who says these sort of things, in fact I'm always wondering when it's going to happen. I think it's mainly because when I run at lunch, I know things will just be waiting for me as I come back in the door. But not today.

Today, it was 69 degrees when I started, and I tried not to run too fast overall. In the end, I got in three good miles at around 10 minutes per.
