Ave Training Week 2, Day 1: Resistance

I seem to have lost a blog follower. *snif* Oh well. :)

I wish I could say I relate to everyone, but there really haven't been all that many resolutioners, at least at the time I go to the gym. Today I did see some of the trainers that I haven't been seeing, each with a person, but that only added six people total (3 new people and the trainers). There were also a few regulars.

The Monday workout went well, and my limbs seem to have stopped screaming at me. I should have eaten before going to the gym though, I was feeling a little lightheaded during the 95lb squats.

Warmup, 3 circuits, 5 reps each w/barbell
Barbell Overhead Squat
Barbell Squat
Good Mornings
Barbell Alternating Lunge
Deadlift
Romanian Deadlift

Workout
Barbell Bench Press, 3x25x55lbs
Seated Cable Rows, 3x25x95lbs
Squats, 3x25x75lbs
Dumbbell Military Press, 3x25x(2x10lbs)

42 minutes, 311 calories burned

Tomorrow will be outside running: intervals.
