Intervals - 5x(2 min fast/2 min slow)

I just can't get over how beautiful the weather has been lately. When I ran today it was 63 degrees at the start, and 66 when I finished. I can't delude myself into thinking this is actually spring yet since more storms are on the horizon, but I can enjoy the weather while we have it!

Today was intervals, starting with a 20-minute warmup. The intervals themselves were 5x(2 min fast/2 min slow), ending with a 10-minute cooldown.
