Long Run - 12 miles

Another Saturday, another long run down, and with it, week 7 of training. After last Sunday's race and the fabulous week I had, I decided to take it easy and not try to push the pace.

The weather was great, 60 degrees at the start. There were a few clouds in the sky, but for the most part it was all blue. The town came alive with people, everyone realized we should be taking advantage of the beautiful day.

I didn't walk at all during the first half. I gave Orange Gu Roctane a try, but found that it was a little too sweet for my tastes. This is the time to be trying new things like that, right?
