Weight Training + Elliptical

Alright, here we go...

Warmup, w/45lb barbell, 3 sets of 5
Overhead Barbell Squats
Barbell Squats
Good Mornings
Alternating Lunges
Romanian Deadlift

Barbell Bench Press, 3x20x65lbs
Dumbbell Incline Bench Press, 2x20x(2x15lbs)
Seated Cable Rows, 3x20x110lbs
Bent-over Barbell Rows, 2x20x40lbs

23 minutes, 119 calories

This being a new workout, I think I may have done something wrong, because 23 minutes was awfully fast. So with extra time in the gym, I got onto the elliptical for 30 minutes and burned 300 more calories. 53 minutes total, 419 calories between the two.
