Once again, time is getting the best of me, so still no race report for Sunday's Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Half Marathon. Hopefully I'll get it out in the next day or two, but meantime, here's today's workout.

Warmup, w/45lb barbell, 3 sets of 5
Overhead Barbell Squats
Barbell Squats
Good Mornings
Alternating Lunges
Deadlift
Romanian Deadlift

Workout
Barbell Bench Press, 3x25x60lbs
Seated Cable Rows, 3x25x105lbs
Squats, 3x25x85lbs
Dumbbell Military Press, 3x25x(2x15lbs)
Lunges, 3x25x(2x15lbs)
Front Raises, 3x25x(2x8lbs)
Plank, 2 minutes

44 minutes, 272 calories burned

I also found out today that I procrastinated myself right out of the Shamrock'n Half Marathon in March! They're sold out. As always though, there's an alternative: I'll run the Bidwell Classic Half Marathon in Chico, and as luck would have it, it's the same route Beej and I used to ride every day at lunch when I was working at KCSC. Now all I need to do is not put that one off...
