Weight Training

Today's workout, I can no longer do cardio after the weights at the gym due to time restrictions. Now I need to have the discipline to work the stairclimber in the evenings.

Warmup, w/45lb barbell, 3 sets of 5
Overhead Barbell Squats
Barbell Squats
Good Mornings
Alternating Lunges
Romanian Deadlift

Leg Press, 3x25x180lbs
Lunges, 3x25x15lbs
Dumbbell Military Press, 3x25x20lbs
Front Raises, 3x25x8lbs
