Today was an off day for Making the Cut (considered DAY 3). At lunch I ran instead, 5 miles, my best time for 5 miles. At 50:58:86, I shaved 15 seconds off my time, and it was a pretty windy day, too. Back to the gym tomorrow.
In 2003 I weighed over 250 pounds. Now 60+ pounds lighter, I run, hike, backpack, and work out at the gym. Come follow my journey as I train for my fourth marathon.
