Weight Workout

Today went very well in the gym. So far, this week is going much better than last. I know, it's only been one day, but I can dream, can't I? :)

Warmup, w/45lb bar, 5 reps, 3 circuits
* Overhead Squats
* Squats
* Lunges
* Good Mornings
* Romanian Deadlifts
* Bent Over Rows

Workout
* Bench Press, 3x4x135lbs
* Single-Arm Dumbbell Row, 5x4x60lbs
* External Rotation, 4x3x20lbs
* Swiss-Ball Crunch, 20x10 (200 total)

Simple post tonight, I know. But Jack Bauer wore me out. Stop it, Jack!
