Wednesday Weight Workout

Today was another gym workout day. I seem to be getting the hang of the new/old routine, back to where I was last year. The resolutioners will be arriving soon!

Warmup, 5 circuits, 30 seconds per exercise
Jumping Jacks
Split Jacks
Squats
Alternating Lunges
Mountain Climbers

Workout
Incline Barbell Bench Press, 3x20x55lbs
One Arm Dumbbell Rows , 3x20x25lbs
Leg Press, 3x20x90lbs
Barbell Military Press, 3x10x65lbs
Plank, 2 Minutes

43 minutes, 363 calories burned
