Today was one of those days where you just want to procrastinate. I think I had good reason though, it was foggy and cold most of the morning, and I knew that if I went out too early, I'd just be cranky afterwards. Once the temp got around 46, it was obvious it wouldn't get much warmer. I was complaining on Twitter about the cold, but was getting no sympathy. So I did my intervals.

Tonight after the men's group, I had a good discussion with a few other guys about health & weight loss. I'm not entirely sure if it will turn into something in the future, but both expressed interest in creating an informal support group. We'll see how that goes.
Tomorrow it's back in the gym.
