Do you realize, there are only 8 weeks left until the Avenue of the Giants Marathon? Two short months and I'll be up in Humboldt again, trying to smash last year's slow time. :)
At today's gym workout, I was a little choppy at the start from lingering quad soreness after Saturday's race.
Warmup, w/45lb barbell, 3 sets of 5
Overhead Barbell Squats
Barbell Squats
Good Mornings
Alternating Lunges/
Deadlift
Romanian Deadlift
Workout
Dumbbell Bench Press, 3x25x(2x25lbs)
Incline Barbell Bench Press, 2x20x(65lbs)
One-Arm Dumbbell Rows, 3x25x(2x35lbs)
T-bar rows, 2x25x45lbs
30 minutes, 209 calories
Afterwards I did another 33 minutes on the elliptical for 290 calories, making today's total burn 580 calories.
