Day 4... very similar to Monday's workout circuits, exercises were shuffled a bit. What's weird though is I finished in 35 minutes. Ran 15 minutes after: 5 @ 7mph, 5 @ 6mph, then 5 more @ 7mph. Total 405 calories burned.
In 2003 I weighed over 250 pounds. Now 60+ pounds lighter, I run, hike, backpack, and work out at the gym. Come follow my journey as I train for my fourth marathon.
