I just got off the treadmill. Originally I had wanted to do 5k, but it's late and fatigue is setting in. I alternated between 7mph & 6mph, 5 minutes each. 18:47, 230 calories burned. Total 486 calories burned for the day.
In 2003 I weighed over 250 pounds. Now 60+ pounds lighter, I run, hike, backpack, and work out at the gym. Come follow my journey as I train for my fourth marathon.
