Today's Workouts

Ttoday... wow, what a day.

This morning when I got up, I was 4 pounds down. When I put on my pants and buckled my belt, I'd gone down a buttonhole! Then a few hours into work, I got an email from my gym.

We would like to offer you to be our Member of the Month for August. We like to acknowledge members with outstanding stories, and post the story on the wall for everybody to see. Would you be interested?


Of course I said yes! Seriously, I did not expect this. The gym has a wall of different peoples' pictures and accomplishments, they pick a different person each month. I guess I'm the one for August.
